Shipping Policy

Products placed before 4pm. will be dispatched the next working day.

As a small natural foods store/business, we are able to offer only standard 3-5 day postage/delivery services to mainland UK.

  • Orders up to 2kg (including postal packaging) are dispatched with Royal Mail 2nd class service. Cost - £3.95

  • Orders over 2kg and up to 5 kg (including postal packaging) are dispatched by myHermes 3-5 day service. Cost  - £6.99

  • Orders over 5kg and up to 10kg (including postal packaging) - £7.99

  • 10kg up to 15kg (including postal packaging) - £10.99

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope products will reach you in a perfect condition, however, if your goods do not arrive in perfect condition, please contact us within 14 days of receipt by e-mail with a photographic evidence of damage or the return of the damaged item in order to request a replacement or refund. 

We will only offer a refund or replacement as long as good(s) are sent back in their original condition, are unused and unopened in their original packaging. For health and safety reasons, we will not be able to accept returns or refunds on any food items that have been used, opened or had their security seal broken.

Our products are only categorised as 'short-dated' once the expiry date is under 2 month. We are unable to refund or replace an item if the expiry date is longer than month at the time of purchase.

 If you decide to return goods for any reason, it needs to be returned within 30 days of your order. Customer is liable to pay return postage costs.  Regretfully, we won't be able to refund this. More detailed information regarding returns and refunds can be found in our Terms and Conditions.

Refunds will be paid within 14 days of receiving the written notice of cancellation.
