Stoneground SPELT flour
Stoneground flour contains nutrient rich bran and germ, made from entire spelt kernel without any sifting, hence it is rich in fibre and nutrients. Spelt is a good source of calcium, magnesium, selenium, zinc, iron, and manganese. It has vitamin E and B-complex vitamins (especially niacin)
It is also called wholemeal flour and it provides baked goods with stronger flavour and denser texture.
Our Stoneground SPELT flour comes from Organic family farm in Lithuania. It's grown, harvested and ground with care and dedication without the use of artificial fertilisers and harmful agricultural treatments.
