Stoneground RYE flour
Stoneground RYE flour contains nutrient rich bran and germ, made from entire rye kernel without any sifting.
It is very low in gluten and rich in nutrients. Excellent source of fibre.
It is also called dark or wholemeal Rye flour and it provides baked goods with stronger flavour and denser texture.
Our Stoneground Rye flour comes from Organic family farm in Lithuania. It's grown and harvested with care and dedication without the use of artificial fertilisers and harmful agricultural treatments.
