Spelt flakes
These are gently pressed natural Spelt grains made into sort of flake style. These flakes did not have any heat treatment like other flakes and are absolutely pure and natural.
The bran of the grain is split hence it makes it faster and easier to cook, gently roast with your home-made granola, add to bread mixes, add to stews, add cooked or steamed into salads, cook porridge and more other ways to enjoy nutritious nuttiness.
Our Spelt Flakes comes from Organic family farm in Lithuania. It's grown, harvested and pressed with care and dedication without the use of artificial fertilisers and harmful agricultural treatments.
